All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted at acpenw.org/contact. Select the cancellation option from the subject dropdown.
- Prior to April 1: Attendees will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Prior to April 28: Attendees will receive a 50% refund.
- April 28 and beyond: Because of commitments based on registrations we receive, no refunds will be given after this date.
Attendee substitutions are permissible. Please submit substitution requests to acpenw.org/contact and select the “Attendee Substitution” option from the subject drop down.
