Registration

Registration is sold out. Please add yourself to the waitlist. 

The registration fee is $650 per person. 

Speaker Notification and Registration

 The ACPE board reviewed all session submissions on February 3rd. Selected speakers were notified on February 4th and an early registration link was sent on February 5th.

Hotels and Lodging

ACPE has secured special rates with the below hotels for attendees. Hotel booking for Skamania Lodge will be included in registration. Please do not call Skamania Lodge to request a room directly. 

All-day shuttles will be provided to and from the nearby lodging locations to help limit the inconvenience of staying offsite.

 Skamania Lodge cancellation policy: If you are staying at Skamania Lodge and need to cancel your room, the request must be received no later than Tuesday, April 29th. If the request is received after this date, you will be responsible for your room charge. Please send cancellation requests to coordinator@acpenw.org.

Parking and Transportation

Parking is available onsite at Skamania Lodge. Overflow parking will also be available at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center with a shuttle to and from the Lodge. 

ACPE has arranged for all-day shuttle services. The shuttles will transport attendees to and from the lodge to their respective hotels in Stevenson, Cascade Locks, and Carson. 

Meals

All meals are included in the cost of attendee registration and include breakfast, lunch and dinner, in addition to late night snacks. Please indicate dietary restrictions in your registration or submit them using the general contact form. 

Guests

Attendees are welcome to bring a guest if staying onsite at the lodge, however, guests are unable to attend the conference, including meals and all conference activities.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted at acpenw.org/contact. Select the cancellation option from the subject drop-down. 

Prior to April 1: Attendees will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. 

Prior to April 28: Attendees will receive a 50% refund. 

April 28 and beyond: Because of commitments based on registrations we receive, no refunds will be given after this date. 

Attendee substitutions are permissible. Please submit substitution requests to acpenw.org/contact and select the “Attendee Substitution” option from the subject drop-down.
