The ACPE conference is a chance for IT professionals to connect as peers by collaborating and sharing their knowledge, expertise and skills. Your involvement as an ACPE member is foundational to our success in developing a great conference program.

The ACPE Board is now accepting session proposals for the May 2024 annual conference, scheduled May 8-10 at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, WA. Only ACPE members and/or those who are employed by an educational institution are eligible to speak; sponsor/vendor proposals and others who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

These proposals are for attendees only. Sponsor session proposals will open in December.

Timeline

Initial selections begin in February. The Board has approved an extra incentive for presenters accepted by February 5 to speak in either a Session or Workshop: these presenters are provided priority in conference registration and hotel room reservations at the resort. This incentive does not apply to Panels or Think Tank sessions. The board will consider proposals submitted between Jan. 31 and March 1 as space allows.
